Paleo Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Dairy-free, vegan-friendly, no added sugar, and this paleo strawberry ice cream is still delicious! I am starting to get some good legs on this new ice cream machine. This latest recipe for dairy-free strawberry ice cream really knocked it out of the park and is my new favorite. Chris came back for seconds 🙂 And I wanted to eat it all myself. Just kidding! Sharing is the fun part.
It’s starting to get pretty hot in Houston already, so I’m so glad that I invested in this ice cream machine to help keep cool during the summer. Enjoy this strawberry ice cream on its own, or heap it over some paleo vanilla cake. Oh man. It can be easy to overindulge in tasty treats, so be mindful!
Paleo Strawberry Ice Cream Ingredients:
13.5 Oz Full Fat Coconut Milk
4 Oz Almond Milk
2 Cups Strawberries
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Paleo Strawberry Ice Cream Directions:
Chill ice cream maker bowl for 18 hours in the freezer. Add ingredients together in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. If you like your strawberry ice cream with bits of fruit, don’t blend it as much. Keep in mind that if the fruit pieces are too large, they’ll get stuck in the ice cream maker blades and may stop the machine. Take the chilled bowl out of the freezer, and transfer the blended ice cream ingredients in. Turn on the ice cream machine for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
Paleo Fruit Ice Cream Roundup
Looking for more delicious and healthy ice cream recipes? These are all on my to-do list now. They’re paleo recipes, but none of them include eggs so they’re also vegan-friendly. These ice cream recipes also have a lot of sugar and fat in them, between the fruit and the full fat coconut milk. Most of them don’t need actually need any added honey, but sweeten to taste and enjoy in moderation!
