Friday through Sunday, I joined 11 other yoga teachers for SUP yoga teacher training through the BIG SUP yoga program.     Ride the Wave + Restorative Yoga

If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.” – Eckhart Tolle This weekend I completed Restorative Yoga Training at Joy. The teacher leading the training, Brittany Kraft, talked about how the body has waves that you move with. For example, there’s a healthy wave at the cervical spine, the thoracic spine, the lumbar spine, and the sacrum.
