Drinking infused spa water helps me keep up with my recommended water intake. Part of working on my yoga practice includes staying hydrated. I’m not always the best at this. It’s not that I have anything against water, it’s just that I love coffee. And tea. Both of which are desiccants, so although they are mostly made up of water they are also working to dehydrate even more. Staying hydrated is an important part of yoga not only to replenish fluids lost during practice, but also because your muscles can stretch more when they are properly hydrated.
