Rainbow sprinkles bring so much fun to any dish. But you don’t have to literally eat colored sugar to bring a dash of colorful fun to a dish. This Paleo Rainbow Sprinkles recipe made from coconut flakes is a healthier choice, super cute, and turned out surprisingly well! To make them, just mix up the 6 colors of the rainbow in dehydrated coconut with all natural food dye. That’s right, dehydrated coconut flakes. I was so looking forward to another reason to break out my food dehydrator, which I finally invested in last fall after months of dreaming.
So break open a rainbow bagel, layer on a generous serving of coconut cream cheese, and make it a party by topping it off with rainbow coconut sprinkles. Let me know how it goes!
