Is it almost that time of year already?
Mother’s Day is the time each year to remind mothers that you are thankful for all they have done for you. Or, if you are a mother, it’s a great time for the people you love to finally take a moment to say I love you. And hopefully send you a spa certificate. Just kidding (but not).
Handmade gifts are, in my experience, the most cherished. But if you don’t have the time, you can pick something up from this Mother’s Day Gift Guide. Most of these gifts have some opportunities for you to bring a little personal touch to them. You could embroider her initials on the coral throw, hand paint a note on the acrylic tray, or make a succulent garden in one of the planters. The other gifts are just awesome. Don’t forget to get creative with the wrapping!

I’m lucky enough to live pretty close to my family – I did that on purpose! They are awesome, and I love spending time with them. These are some favorite photos of the special mothers in my life:
My mother last Mother’s Day.
My mother when we all celebrated my niece and nephew’s birthday party.
My sister showing her new baby boy what a cookie monster cake is.
My mother looking like a pixie on Christmas.
