Is it Spring yet? I’m so ready for the second half of March. The winter space between December and early spring is so full of waiting. For longer days, warmer air, less… sticks everywhere. We don’t get winter in Houston so much as everything turns to sticks. But that’s changing. It’s not dark when I leave the office anymore, which is so energizing. Last weekend an arctic blast swept across the country, bringing with it colder weather than we’ve seen in Texas for a while. It’s so amazing when it’s in the eighties, then sudden gusts and rain and it drops to freezing. The closest thing we have to winter here is that Arctic air. Current mood board: May I have this dance?
