What to Wear With White Converse Sneakers

white converse sneakers style
White converse sneakers. I love them. And not to spoil the ending, but they go with everything. Especially with that kind of an attitude. Converses are the classic, coolest sneaker of pretty much every generation living. The iconic shoe brand was actually started in 1908, and manufactures under several brands including Jack Purcell, which is one of Chris’s favorite shoe brands.

1. Boho Maxi Dresses
Flowing boho dresses not only keep you warm during cooler nights, but also bring the changing seasons. The best accessory is a light breeze in your skirt.

2. White Converse Sneakers
These shoes go well with everything in the spring. Whether you are wearing soft modern silhouettes, crisp tailored lines, or flowing floral dresses, white converses tie it together in a really walkable way from the bottom up. These will be perfect once it’s jean shorts weather, too. Remind me why these cost $50 now? They used to be $29 when I was in high school… High tops or low tops, I love them all.

3. Bobeau Knits
Everything looks so comfortable! I’m swooning over the comfy layers at Bobeau.

4. Florence Drops Modern Geometric Earrings

These need to make it into my jewelry box faster than I can say “statement earrings”.

5. Toothpick jean in white / Skinny skinny jeans in pure white
I already want to wear white jeans with everything, and winter has barely passed.

6. Shelley Hesse’s Collection at Anthropologie Home
These colorful paintings of lush landscapes and the creatures who call them home are so lively and inviting. I love the way the House & Home items by Shelley look when they are considered as a neutral – especially the rug.

7. Peter Lindbergh’s photography
He makes women look so stark and sturdy, almost dirty and old even though they are very young. He’s known for the cinematic quality of his photos.

I had yoga teacher training all this weekend. It’s awesome. This weekend’s classes started off with Eastern and Western philosophy from the Bhagavhad Gita to the Odyssey. Then we covered assisting and practice teaching. Here’s a good tip I learned: try to keep each yoga pose to a minimum of three cues with the intention to (1) ground, (2) lengthen, and (3) deepen. I need more practice! So, this style surfing is the only surfing I was able to do this weekend! Next Friday we will go out to the beach, though.
