Friday Finds
Where did the week go? Yet another one flew by, and now it’s almost November! Every day this week I put my head down into work and when I blinked the day was already over. I almost feel like I missed it, but I did get so, so much work done. Plus, this is the first weekend that I don’t have big plans in over a month. Looking forward to being able to do whatever I want to with my time this weekend. Ok, that probably means surfing Sunday. It looks like the wind may be good for a few hours and make the waves fun. It’s actually classified as a comedy, and recently rose to the number one position on iTunes podcasts. Karen and Georgia each pick their favorite murder of the week and recount it, replete with erroneous facts from Wikipedia…

Paleo Witch Fingers Recipe for Halloween
Are you a good witch, or are you a bad witch? These paleo witch fingers combine two of my favorite things: Halloween spirit and healthy protein snacks. One of the most fun things about Halloween is coming up with funny ways to make your snacks spooky. I love eating protein treats made from nuts and dates rather than brownies, for obvious reasons. The sugar in brownies makes me tired, cranky, and anxious. Protein treats do the opposite! They give me energy and help build muscle. With a little quick molding, you can make these protein balls into spooky witch fingers for a fun snack. Paleo Witch Fingers Ingredients 2 Pitted…
