Our dream catcher hangs on the porch. Do you know what your dreams are doing today?
It’s good to have dreams. Sometimes it’s easy to get off track or not think of them often, when you are overtaken by the day to day.
Occasionally we need to take the time to say goodbye to our dreams. Dreams are precious – they keep us looking into the future. But sometimes they do die, and it can be painful to let them go. Holding on to dead dreams is self-sabotaging. Their bitter loss fills up the space that new hopes and dreams would otherwise be to able grow from.
In the Spring, it’s a good time for Spring cleaning. Out with the old, in with the new. It’s time to plant a new garden, and there’s no space for anything new to sprout from if you don’t clear the ground first.
Today I’m looking to see if I need to make any space for new dreams. There’s always something exciting just around the corner, waiting to be caught.
